Having spent her career supporting businesses in establishing, building upon or driving their people and culture agenda she knows first-hand the importance of prioritising and being intentional about people and culture in a business.
As a highly experienced people and culture (human resource, HR) professional along with having held several executive roles where Ang has partnered with senior leaders and boards has seen Ang drive organisational performance through people.
Through her powers of observation and listening, direct communication and not shying away from difficult conversations she is able to influence and create change.
Ang’s passion and strength lie in being a commercially focused leader, creating connection, coaching, organisational effectiveness, driving performance and engagement. She is passionate about the connection between high employee engagement and organisational performance and strives to educate others on what truly influences engagement.
